Place the shrimp (deveined first) in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil and toss to taste with the homemade Cajun seasoning mix. Let the shrimp sit in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Cut the peppers into pieces. Form the ground beef into 4 balls. Take a soaked wooden skewer and alternately thread a ball, a shrimp, and a pepper onto the skewer. Grill directly over high heat for about 2 minutes per side, then place the skewers in the indirect area and brush with BBQ sauce. Let it cook with the lid closed for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
