Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Appetizer, snack or for the party buffet
These rolls are made in layers. 1st layer: spread cream cheese on one wrap and sprinkle with herbs. I used dill and chives, but parsley is also good. 2nd layer: place the second wrap on top. This is also spread with cream cheese and topped with smoked salmon. 3rd layer: place the last wrap on top. This is then spread with mayonnaise (or salad dressing) and sprinkled with chopped surimi. The whole thing is then rolled into a thick roll and wrapped tightly in cling film. Refrigerate the roll until ready to serve (preferably overnight). Then cut into 1-2 cm thick slices and serve.
