Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g surimi
  • 500 g mayonnaise
  • 2 bags of rice
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 onion(s)
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the boil-in-the-bag rice according to the instructions and let it cool. Hard-boil the eggs, let it cool, peel them, and cut them into small cubes. Quarter the surimi sticks and cut them into cubes. Finely dice the onion and add it to a large bowl with the other ingredients, corn, and mayonnaise. Mix to taste with salt and pepper.
