Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 package of smoked salmon
  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled
  • g natural yogurt
  • 1 head of lettuce, only the heart
  • lemon juice
  • 1 tsp herbs de Provence
  • salt and pepper
  • Garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Dice the hard-boiled eggs and place them in a bowl. Chop the salmon into small pieces and add them. Season the natural yogurt with herbs, lemon juice, pepper, salt, and garlic to taste. Add, mix, and let it sit for a while. Wash and drain the lettuce, then chop it into small pieces and arrange it on a plate, then arrange the salmon and egg salad on top.
