Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g surimi, chopped
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled, chopped
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp natural yogurt
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Herbs
  • 1 handful of parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix all ingredients together, season well, and refrigerate until ready to serve. If you like, you can add a little more yogurt. It shouldn’t be too runny.
