Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 egg white
  • 30 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 75 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 1 pack of confectionery (Toffifee, 15 pieces)
  • 15 wafers (50 mm)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with Toffifee, makes 15 pieces

Beat the egg whites until stiff, then stir in the sugar. Add a pinch of salt and fold in the hazelnuts until the mixture is translucent. Place a Toffifee on each wafer, smooth side down, and spread the mixture over the top until the Toffifee is no longer visible. Preheat the oven to 140°C (top/bottom heat: 120°C) and bake for approximately 25 minutes.
