Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cup sushi rice
  • 1 cup water, lightly salted
  • 400 g chicken
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 1 avocado(s)
  • n. B. spice(s)
  • e.g. soy sauce
  • 2 tsp hamburger sauce
  • 2 tsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • sesame

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cook the sushi rice in the cup of salted water for 15 minutes. Cooking time may vary depending on the type of rice, so it’s best to check the packaging. Meanwhile, cut the meat into bite-sized pieces and marinate with your desired seasonings and soy sauce. Dice the cucumber and avocado and set aside. Fry the chicken until golden brown. Let the rice simmer uncovered for another 10 minutes without heat. To make the sauce, mix the hamburger sauce with the mayonnaise and soy sauce. After 10 minutes, divide the rice between two bowls, top with the vegetables and meat, and finally add the sauce and sesame seeds.
