Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 250 g cucumber(s)
  • 140 g sushi rice, cooked
  • 1 sheet of nori
  • 35 g wasabi paste
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

simple and delicious

Wash the cucumber, then cut lengthwise into 1 cm thick strips. Sprinkle with salt and let stand for a few minutes. Then rinse the cucumber strips. Spread the sushi rice on the nori sheet, then place the cucumber strips crosswise in a thin line and spread with a little wasabi paste. Roll up and cut into 5 cm long sushi.
