Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g sushi rice
- 2 avocados
- 200 g smoked salmon
- Sriracha mayonnaise
- 1 dashes lime juice
- Sesame, white and black
- cucumber(s)
- Coriander leaves
- Fat for the waffle iron
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 hours 20 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 45 minutes
for approx. 6 – 8 waffles
Cook rice according to the package instructions. Lightly grease a waffle iron and spread a portion of rice on it, press down slightly, and bake. Then top with salmon, a few slices of avocado, and cucumber. Garnish with sesame seeds, cilantro, sriracha mayo, and a squeeze of lime. Makes approximately 6-8 waffles.
