Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (maccheroni)
  • 3 bell peppers, yellow, red, orange
  • 1 large leek(s)
  • 50 g cheese, shredded
  • Balsamic vinegar, bianco
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • broth

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 15 minutes

For the summer picnic

Cook the pasta in broth until al dente. Make a marinade with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, and spring onions. Season well. Dice the bell pepper and stir in, then stir in the hot pasta and let it rest. Once the pasta has cooled, season again and sprinkle the cheese sticks over it, stir, and let it rest overnight.
