Yogurt – ice cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 scoops of ice cream (fruit)
  • 1 slice(s) of melon(s) (water), about 2 cm thick
  • 1 peach(s) or nectarine, ripe
  • 1 pot of natural yogurt, 150 g, well chilled
  • e.g. whipped cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Refreshment for hot days

Place the ice cream scoops into an ice cream bowl. Cut the peach/nectarine and watermelon into small cubes (deseed the melon if necessary) and scatter them over the ice cream. Stir the yogurt until smooth and pour over the ice cream and fruit. Garnish the bowl with whipped cream, if desired.
