Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of tagliatelle, spaghetti or something else, depending on your taste
- 1 large can of tomatoes, whole, peeled
- 1 bunch of sage
- 2 shallots
- 3 garlic cloves
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp chili paste
Instructions

Peel and finely chop the shallots and garlic, slice the sage, and roughly dice the tomatoes. Cook the pasta according to the instructions and drain. Sauté the shallots and garlic in olive oil until translucent, add the sage, toss briefly, and then add the tomatoes (including their juice). Season with pepper, salt, and the chili paste. Add a little more olive oil if desired, then fold in the pasta.
