  • 1 white bread stick(s), nice and thick
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 100 ml white wine, or red
  • 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder (rose paprika)
  • 1 bag of cheese, grated, I use mozzarella

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

quick, easy, delicious

Chop the onions and garlic and fry them, add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. When the liquid starts to run from the minced meat, add the wine and let it reduce completely. In the meantime, cut off the bottom third of the bread and hollow out the thick piece. Just before the wine has evaporated, season the minced meat and add the chopped herbs. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the crème fraîche. Place the minced meat in the bread, sprinkle with cheese, and bake in the oven at 200°C for about 10 minutes. Before topping the mixture with cheese, you can of course add tomatoes, eggs, chopped olives, or anything else you like. The sky’s the limit.
