Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg white cabbage
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 100 ml rapeseed oil
  • 150 ml vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes

Wash the white cabbage and cut into fine strips. Sprinkle with salt and mix. Heat the vinegar, sugar, and oil in a saucepan, but do not bring to a boil. Pour the ingredients over the cabbage, mix everything, and let it sit in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
