Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 600 g Maultasche(s)
- 2 can/n tomatoes, chunky
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- e.g. cheese (Gouda)
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- oregano
- basil
- n. B. Oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Dice the onion and fry it in a pan with a little oil until translucent. Add the chopped tomatoes and tomato paste. Bring to a boil briefly. Season the tomato sauce with salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, and basil (you can also refine the sauce with other herbs if you like). Layer the tomato sauce and Maultaschen in a baking dish. Grate the Gouda cheese and sprinkle it on top. Bake the lasagna at 180°C until the cheese is golden brown.
