Swabian Maultaschen – Variation Alla Stella

- 10 Maultaschen
- 3 Toes Garlic
- 1 a cup Cream
- Butter
- Salt pepper
- Cut the gums into slices and finely dice the garlic.
- Melt the butter in a pan. Briefly fry the Maultaschen and the garlic.
- Deglaze with the cream and simmer until the cream thickens and wraps around the Maultaschen. Takes approx. 5 min.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Arrange and serve with tomato or green salad.
