Swabian Maultaschen – Variation Alla Stella

  • 3 Toes Garlic
  • 1 a cup Cream
  • Butter
  • Salt pepper
  1. Cut the gums into slices and finely dice the garlic.
  1. Melt the butter in a pan. Briefly fry the Maultaschen and the garlic.
  1. Deglaze with the cream and simmer until the cream thickens and wraps around the Maultaschen. Takes approx. 5 min.
  1. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  1. Arrange and serve with tomato or green salad.
