Maultaschen Melted with Sage Butter …

The perfect maultaschen melted with sage butter … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Maultaschen with veal filling from the freshness shelf
  • 750 ml Beef broth from stock
  • 40 g Branded butter
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 3 Fresh sage sprigs
  1. Heat the meat stock to boiling point, add the Maultaschen and let simmer for about 20 minutes over a mild heat. Turn it once in a while.
  2. In a small saucepan, fry the butter with a pinch of salt until it starts to brown. At this moment add the fresh sage leaves and fry in the butter for about 2 minutes ..
