Swabian Potty!
The perfect swabian potty! recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
pre-cook:
- 120 g Spaetzle
- 1 liter Salted water
cut into schnitzel, sauté briefly:
- 500 g Pork loin

- 1 Pc. Onion rings
- 1 Glass Chanterelles
- Coarse salt
Pour white wine:
- 50 ml Riesling dry
- 50 ml Liquid cream
- 25 ml Water

- 9 Pc. Date tomatoes
- 3 Discs Blue cheese
to taste:
- 3 pinch Winter seasoning mix
- 1 tablespoon Dried parsley
- 1 tablespoon Dried chives
- 1 teaspoon Dried basil
- Coarse salt
- 2,5 Discs Edam
Winter spice mix!
- Cinnamon, fennel seeds, anise seeds, whole cloves, Sechuan pepper, star anise, cinnamon blossom
