Swabian Potty!

The perfect swabian potty! recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

pre-cook:

  • 120 g Spaetzle
  • 1 liter Salted water

cut into schnitzel, sauté briefly:

  • 1 Pc. Onion rings

  • 50 ml Liquid cream
  • 25 ml Water

  • 9 Pc. Date tomatoes
  • 3 Discs Blue cheese

  • 3 pinch Winter seasoning mix
  • 1 tablespoon Dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Dried chives
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • Coarse salt
  • 2,5 Discs Edam

  1. Cinnamon, fennel seeds, anise seeds, whole cloves, Sechuan pepper, star anise, cinnamon blossom
