Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 m.-large turnip(s)
- 4 potatoes
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 stalk(s) herb butter
- ½ tsp herbs de Provence
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel the turnip, potatoes, and garlic clove and cook in salted water until soft. Drain the water, add the butter and herbs, and mash everything with a masher. Season with salt and pepper.
