Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 m.-sized eggs
- 6 tbsp, heaped flour
- 6 tbsp, heaped sugar
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 5 large apples
- 50 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 180 ml water
- 2 packs of vanilla sauce
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 200 ml cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
with vanilla sauce
For the base, combine 3 eggs, flour, sugar, and 1/2 packet of baking powder. Pour into a greased 26cm springform pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) using conventional oven heating for 18-20 minutes. Grate the apples coarsely and whisk 2 eggs. Mix the vanilla sauce with 0.75 cups of water. Combine everything in a saucepan with the 50g butter, 250g sugar, and 1 packet of vanilla sugar. Bring to a boil for 3 minutes, then chill in the refrigerator. Pour the lukewarm mixture onto the cake base and let it cool completely. Pour the whipped cream over the cake.
