Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 60 g cocoa powder
- 3 eggs
- 180 g butter
- 260 g sugar
- 250 ml milk
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
for a 26cm springform pan
Combine the vanilla sugar, eggs, sugar, milk, and butter. Sift over the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder and mix the batter well for a few minutes. Pour the batter into a buttered 26cm springform pan. Bake on the middle rack of an oven preheated to 175°C (top/bottom heat) for about 45 minutes. Let cool and serve.
