Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter, soft
- 175 g raw cane sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 egg(s)
- 75 g almonds, ground
- 100 g oat flakes, fine
- 75 g wheat flour type 405
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
for approx. 45 pieces
Preheat oven to 190°C (top/bottom heat). Cream together the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, and egg until fluffy. Mix the almonds, oatmeal flour, and baking powder and gradually stir into the butter mixture. Drop small heaps of cookies onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper using a teaspoon. Leave enough space between the cookies, as they will spread! Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Makes about 45 cookies. Tip: If desired, you can also add baking-safe chocolate chips to the batter.
