Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g flour
- 250 g oat flakes, fine
- 125 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 small egg(s)
- 200 g butter
- 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 1 tsp, leveled salt
Instructions

Mix all the dry ingredients. Then, knead by hand with the butter and egg. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Form the dough into walnut-sized balls and place them on the parchment paper, pressing them down lightly. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 6-7 minutes. Then, briefly open the oven door and flatten the cookies slightly with a tablespoon in the center. Bake for another 7-10 minutes, until they reach the desired color.
