Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 ml whipped cream or Cremefine
- 2 tbsp sugar or the equivalent amount of sweetener
- some cinnamon
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 400 g apple compote, preferably home-cooked
- 5 tbsp eggnog
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 10 minutes
my version of a Swedish ice cream sundae, also in the light version, super tasty and quick to make
Whip the cream or Cremefine with the sugar and cinnamon until stiff peaks form. Carefully fold in the apple compote and egg liqueur and freeze for about 6 hours.
