Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g chicken breast
- 1 tomato(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 half cucumber(s)
- 3 baby corn
- 1 carrot(s)
- 1 chili, green
- 1 small bunch of spring onions
- 4 garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 100 ml water
- 1 tsp sugar (or sweet soy sauce)
- 2 tsp ketchup
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Thai recipe
Dice the chicken and vegetables. Finely chop the garlic. Sauté the garlic in oil in a pan. Add the chicken. After 1 to 2 minutes, add all the vegetables, except the spring onions. Sauté everything over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes. Now add the fish and oyster sauce, water, sugar, ketchup, and spring onions. I learned this recipe from a Thai cook in Pai. Best enjoyed with rice.
