Spelt semolina pudding with cinnamon apple

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 45 g semolina (spelt semolina)
  • 260 ml milk
  • 5 g chia seeds
  • 1 tsp psyllium, Indian
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • e.g. Stevia, sugar or honey
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Simple, healthy and incredibly delicious!

Bring the milk to a boil with salt, stir in the semolina with chia seeds and psyllium husks, and add a pinch of cinnamon. Simmer for about 1 minute while stirring. Finely grate or slice the apple and sprinkle with cinnamon and sweetener. Pour everything into a bowl, add more sweetener if desired, and enjoy.
