Ingredients
- 600 g Chicken breasts
- 1 piece Yellow peppers
- 2 piece Cucumber
- 2 piece Tomatoes
- 2 tablespoon Chopped herbs
- 100 g Sweet and sour sauce
- 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Olive oil
- 1 piece Lime
- 1 pinch Sea salt
- 1 pinch Sanchokoh, Japanese mountain pepper
Instructions
PREPARATION
- Core the paprika and peeled cucumber and cut into approx. 1 cm cubes. Also cut the tomatoes into 1 cm cubes. Place the chicken breasts in a serving bowl and marinate with soy sauce and sea salt.
- Cover with the Sweet Sour Chicken Sauce, generously sprinkle with diced garden vegetables and chopped herbs. Spread the olive oil and spices over it. Then decorate with lime wedges.
PREPARATION
- Steam the chicken breasts on shelf level 2 in the "VITAL steam" program at 80 ° C for 10 minutes. Then serve straight from the oven.
