Sweet and Sour Chicken Breast with Garden Vegetables

The perfect sweet and sour chicken breast with garden vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 600 g Chicken breasts
  • 1 piece Yellow peppers
  • 2 piece Cucumber
  • 2 piece Tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped herbs
  • 100 g Sweet and sour sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 piece Lime
  • 1 pinch Sea-Salt
  • 1 pinch Sanchokoh, Japanese mountain pepper

PREPARATION

  1. Core the paprika and peeled cucumber and cut into approx. 1 cm cubes. Also cut the tomatoes into 1 cm cubes. Place the chicken breasts in a serving bowl and marinate with soy sauce and sea salt.
