Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 1 ½ kg minced meat, half and half
- 6 onions
- 3 bell peppers
- 1 tube(s) Tomato paste
- 1 can pineapple pieces, with juice
- 1 jar tomato peppers
- 500 ml tomato ketchup
- 2 cans of soup (oxtail soup)
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can/n beans (chili beans)
- 1 can of corn
- 2 cups of crème fraîche
- 200 g processed cheese
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Peel and dice the onion. Slice the bell pepper. Sauté the onion, bell pepper, and ground beef until well-cooked. Add the pineapple and its juice. Add the tomato paste, bell peppers, ketchup, oxtail broth, beans, and corn. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 20 minutes. Finally, stir in the crème fraîche and the processed cheese.
