Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 ml juice (cherry nectar)
  • 2 cl coconut syrup
  • 2 cl lime juice
  • Desiccated coconut

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine the cherry nectar, coconut syrup, and lime juice in a shaker with a few ice cubes and shake well. Moisten the rim of a cocktail glass with lemon juice and dip it into the coconut flakes. Pour the drink into the glass and serve garnished with cherries.
