Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 3 tbsp sweet and hot sauce from the bottle
- 1 tsp dill, dried
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1 tbsp herb vinegar
- ½ onion(s)
- 2 tomatoes, optional
Instructions
Working time approx. 3 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 33 minutes
Cut the cucumber into small pieces and sprinkle with half a teaspoon of salt. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes. For the sauce, combine all the remaining ingredients and season lightly with salt and pepper. Drain the cucumber juice, then toss the cucumbers with the sauce. If you like, you can add two more tomatoes. Let it marinate briefly in the refrigerator.
