Sweet and spicy marinated mango

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 mango(s)
  • 50 ml dry white wine
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 20 ml chili sauce, sweet
  • some chili flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Peel the mango and slice it into strips. Combine the other ingredients, season to taste, and stir well. Then spread the mango on a plate, pour the marinade over it, and let it sit for 30 minutes.
