Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 165 g sugar
  • 80 g margarine (semi-skimmed)
  • 1 m.-sized eggs
  • 360 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 100 ml orange juice
  • 70 g raisins
  • 30 g nuts, chopped
  • 125 g apples, grated
  • 1 tsp orange(s), grated peel
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Beat the sugar and margarine until fluffy. Add the egg and continue beating. Add the flour and baking powder. Mix in the orange juice, raisins, nuts, apples, and orange zest. Place the dough in the bread maker without the dough hook and set it to bake only. Or pour the dough into a greased loaf pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 50 minutes.
