Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg pumpkin(s) (butternut)
- 100 g honey
- e.g. cinnamon and sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
a dessert that can be eaten hot or cold
Cut the pumpkin into cubes and place them in an ovenproof dish. Then drizzle with honey and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes. Finally, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Serve warm or cold.
