Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g butter
- 120 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 300 g flour
- 60 g walnuts, grated
- n. B. Jam for filling (preferably currant)
- Cake icing (chocolate glaze) for decoration
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Knead all the ingredients for the shortcrust pastry. Roll out and cut out any shapes. Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) or 150°C (fan oven) for about 12 minutes. Top with jam and decorate with chocolate glaze as desired.
