Sweet bread from the bread maker

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 350 g wheat flour type 550
  • 50 g whole wheat flour
  • 1 point dry yeast
  • ¼ liter of milk
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 45 g butter
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 80 g ready-made mix (raisin-nut mix), depending on your preferences you can use more

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

For the bread maker, add in this order: butter, salt, and honey dissolved in warm milk, flour, and yeast. Program: Fast. After about 25 minutes (second kneading phase), add the raisin and nut mixture.
