Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 tbsp, heaped couscous
- 1 tsp, heaped cocoa powder, highly defatted
- 3 pinch(s) of cinnamon powder (Ceylon cinnamon)
- 250 ml water
- 1 tsp pumpkin seed oil, Styrian
- 1 tsp, heaped flower honey, creamy
- 1 tbsp, heaped currants
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Place the couscous, cocoa powder, and cinnamon powder in a soup bowl and mix with a fork. Bring the water to a boil and pour over the couscous. Let it swell for 10 minutes. Add the pumpkin seed oil, honey, and currants and mix into the couscous.
