Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 125 g quark
  • 70 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 300 g flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Knead all ingredients into a dough, kneading further by hand if necessary, until it’s nice and soft and supple. Divide into eight pieces and shape each into a bunny body, head, and ears. Of course, you can also shape other shapes: St. Martin’s geese, snub-nosed geese… Children can also join in and shape the figures. Bake at 180°C for approximately 15-20 minutes.
