Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g butter
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 100 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 100 g flour
- 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
- 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 150 g vanilla yogurt
- Powdered sugar for dusting
- Fat and flour for the mold for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
for a lamb baking dish with a capacity of approx. 1.75 l
For a lamb baking dish with a capacity of approximately 1.75 liters. Cream the butter, vanilla sugar, and sugar until fluffy. Gradually stir in the eggs. Combine the flour with the baking powder and pudding powder and stir in along with the vanilla yogurt. Pour the batter into a greased and floured lamb baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 30-40 minutes. Once cooled, dust generously with powdered sugar.
