sounds unusual, but is very tasty – you really have to try it
Cut the bananas into slices about 1 cm wide. Place the butter in a saucepan and melt over medium heat. Now add the flour and whisk until smooth. Continue heating, stirring constantly, until bubbles form. Remove from the heat and slowly pour in the chilled milk, stirring quickly to avoid lumps. Stir in the cinnamon and sugar, then return the sauce to the heat and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Once the sauce is creamy and smooth, fold in the banana pieces and prepare a baking dish. First pour a layer of the sauce into the dish, then a layer of pasta sheets on top. Repeat this process until there is no more sauce left. Cover the top layer with sheets again. Spread the cup of sour cream evenly on top and finally sprinkle the grated cheese on top. Now let the lasagna gratinate for about 30-35 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C (fan oven). Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. This recipe is a delicious option for those on a budget. Perfect for Christmas.
