Sweet Mustard with Cubeb Pepper and Chili

The perfect sweet mustard with cubeb pepper and chili recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Sweet mustard, mass:

  • 100 g Mustard flour, white [grains in the electr. Grind coffee grinder]
  • 1 tbsp Mustard seeds [whole]
  • 1 tbsp Rape blossom honey, depending on the consistency
  • 1 tsp Cubeb pepper, ground
  • 1 tsp Red chilli flakes, ground
  • 1 Msp Himalayan salt
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1 Splash Lemon essence
  • 1 tsp Crema originale con Aceto Balsamico, red

Sweet mustard with cubeb pepper and chili:

  1. 1 tbsp whole mustard seeds separately and stir in afterwards. If necessary, finely grind the mustard flour and the spices beforehand in an electric grinder, measure the other ingredients and slowly put the whole thing into a porcelain bowl. Finally add the whole grains as intended and stir (this promises a certain firmness)

Storage:

  1. Fill into a sealable jar with a lid or earthen clay vessel and store in a cool place until used.

Use:

  1. Goes well with boiled, fried and grilled meat and sausage preparations such as bratwurst, veal sausage, barbecue etc.
