Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g pasta
- 1 large can of peach(s)
- 1 class jar of tomato peppers, cut into strips
- 250 g mayonnaise (delicate mayonnaise)
- Salt
- curry powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with peaches and tomato peppers
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Separate the peaches from the juice and chop into bite-sized pieces. Drain the tomatoes and peppers and add them to the cooled pasta in a bowl along with the peaches. Mix everything with the mayonnaise and season generously with salt and curry powder. If the salad is too dry, add a little peach juice. A truly tangy and simple pasta salad.
