Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g peanuts, peeled, roasted, unsalted
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g vegetable fat, e.g. Palmin soft

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Melt the fat, e.g., in a microwave (careful, it can get very hot quickly). Place the liquid fat, peanuts, and sugar in a high-quality blender. Blend on maximum speed for 10 minutes until a creamy mixture forms (be careful, some inexpensive blenders only allow for 60 to 90 seconds of operation; in this case, please blend for less time, or divide the batch if necessary). Let the mixture cool in the refrigerator.
