Sweet poppy seed lasagna

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g lasagna sheet(s)
  • 1 pack of poppy seeds
  • 200 g cream
  • 1 jar apricot(s) (750 g)
  • 500 g quark
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 700 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp semolina

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine poppy seeds with 100g of cream. Slice apricots. Combine quark with egg yolk, vanilla sugar, 200ml milk, and the remaining cream. Whisk egg whites and mix in with the semolina. Finally, fold in the apricots. Layer the pasta and filling in a dish. Bake at 200°C for about 45 minutes.
