Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 120 ml milk
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 ½ tbsp sugar
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • 7 drops butter-vanilla flavoring
  • 1 tbsp lemon(s) – zest, grated
  • ¾ tsp nutmeg, grated
  • 420 g flour, type 405
  • 2 ¼ tsp yeast (dry yeast)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

for the bread maker

Add the ingredients one at a time to the bread maker. Select the white or sweet bread program, browning level: light, size: medium or 750 g.
