Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 600 g gnocchi from the refrigerated counter
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 can tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup of cream
- 125g mozzarella
- salt and pepper
- Sugar
- Herbs, very tasty are for example oregano, basil, thyme or simply parsley
- Rapeseed oil
- Tomato paste

Place the gnocchi in a baking dish. Sauté the chopped onions in rapeseed oil, add a little tomato paste and the sugar. Deglaze with cream and add the tomatoes. Bring to a boil and season with salt, pepper, and herbs. Pour the sauce over the gnocchi, slice the mozzarella, and spread it on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 25 minutes.
