- 4 sweet potatoes, peeled, or more
- 1 tbsp oil, for the baking sheet
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 pinch(s) of salt, more if needed
- possibly paprika powder
- possibly chili powder
Instructions

a delicious snack
Preheat oven to 200°C. Brush two baking sheets with 1 tablespoon of oil. Slice the potatoes thinly—no more than 3 mm thick. Arrange the potato slices individually on the baking sheet. Brush lightly with oil. Sprinkle with salt. Bake for about 15 minutes until lightly browned. Let cool on a wire rack. You can vary the spices, for example, paprika powder, chili powder. Your imagination is the limit.
