Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 650 g sweet potatoes
- 2 onions, red
- 50 g leek
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 20 g flour
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp mustard
- 400 ml vegetable stock
- Paprika powder
- chili powder
- Thyme
- cumin
- pepper

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
vegetarian
Chop the sweet potatoes, onions, and leeks and fry them in olive oil. Add the flour and fry briefly. Deglaze everything with vegetable stock, bring to a boil, stir in the tomato paste and mustard, and add the seasonings. Simmer the stew for 20 minutes at low heat.
