- 2 sweet potatoes
- Salt
- 200 ml cream
- 15 g butter
- nutmeg

Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into small pieces. Cook them in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes, until tender. Then puree them with the butter and cream. Season with salt and nutmeg, if desired.
