Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 600 g bread dough
  • 800 g sweet potatoes
  • 20 g butter, melted
  • 10 g salt
  • 10 g caraway seeds
  • 1 pinch(s) nutmeg
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 100 g fried onions
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g quark
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 125 g bacon cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 35 minutes

Get the bread dough from the bakery or prepare a mix according to the package instructions. Cook the sweet potatoes until tender, then mash them with nutmeg and pepper. Mix the mashed potatoes with the quark, sour cream, sour cream, eggs, and melted butter until smooth. Add the fried onions, caraway seeds, and salt and mix well. Roll out the bread dough on a greased baking sheet. Spread the potato mixture first, then the bacon. Bake at approximately 280°C for 30-40 minutes.
