Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g sweet potatoes
- 1 carrot(s) (100 g)
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 2 eggs, size M
- 1 tsp salt
- Pepper from the mill
- 2 tbsp potato flour
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Peel the skin off the sweet potatoes with a knife. Grate the potatoes. Wash, peel, and grate the carrot. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Combine the grated potatoes, grated carrots, onions, garlic, eggs, and potato flour in a bowl and mix well. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Form the mixture into rösti and fry in oil.
